This brindle and white, sweet, friendly, house-trained couch potato who loves to ride in cars is in fear of being euthanized because the owners can not take him with them. Petunia has been my sweet girl for years, but because of traveling for school and missions work, I have not given her the love and attention she deserves! My mother has been taking care of her but can no longer do so due to her health. Precious is a very sweet girl. I have been fostering her for the past 5 months. When she came to me she was starved and had been abused. She has made a wonderful turn around since she came to live with me. She use to be a scared dog that was unsocial but she has flourished into a happy energetic dog. She gets alone good with every other dog that she has been around. She does not do good with cats and I do not know about kids. She is in danger of being put down and I hate to see that happen. He is very sweet and loving. He has scasrs on his face and very few teeth. He looks as though he could easily be 3-4 years old but he also looks as though he may have been fought. He loves people and gets along with females but have not tried with another male yet. He was found at a gas station following me around looking sad and hungry. He just hoped in the car with me and my mother and we noticed that he cant chew hard dog food. He has a blue eye and a brown eye and would love someone to love him and treat him good. He's now at her house and she has an 8 month old baby. This pit is showing signs of aggression and really needs a new home. We live inside city limits and pit bulls are not allowed. Mia is the sweetest and kindest dog I have ever owned. We do not have the time to spend with her like she deserves. She is confined to a rather large dog pen since we moved into our new home, but now she doesn't have any interaction unless we are feeding her. Mia loves to play with tree limbs and rope and most days you will find her rolling in the dirt with these items. She is so playful and so sweet. Lucy is a wonderful dog. She is good with older children. She is afraid of stroms and will cawl in bed with you and shiver. She will wander if she gets loose and get lost. Pit Bull Dogs can make good pets in Arkansas if they match your IifestyIe. The American Pit Bull Terrier is a powerful dog with an undeserved reputation for inherent viciousness. A Pit Bull that receives attention, firm training, and thorough socialization makes a wonderful family guardian that is trustworthy with children. Pit Bulls need committed, experienced owners that exude leadership. Pit Bulls excel at high level obedience with proper training. Pit Bulls have been bred for dog fights, and unfortunately a dog that is abused, neglected, or whose instinctive aggression is encouraged, can become hostile and dangerous. Pit Bulls can adapt to apartment life with enough exercise.
