Moco is a fun and energetic 2 year old red nose pit bull. He is neutered, 45 pounds, mircochipped, and UTD on shots and vaccines. He loves going on walks, cuddling on your lap, playing with water, hide & seek, and eating almonds. Moco is crate trained and knows sit, stay, down, play dead, and paw. He is very loyal and loving; he learns quickly and is a lot of fun. However he is strong-willed and needs a home that can set clear boundaries and provide a balanced lifestyle. Until he undergoes complete training it is best for him to live in a home with no children or other dogs; unfortunately we cannot give him that home. We are looking for ... Pit Bull Dogs can make good pets in D.C. if they match your IifestyIe. The American Pit Bull Terrier is a powerful dog with an undeserved reputation for inherent viciousness. A Pit Bull that receives attention, firm training, and thorough socialization makes a wonderful family guardian that is trustworthy with children. Pit Bulls need committed, experienced owners that exude leadership. Pit Bulls excel at high level obedience with proper training. Pit Bulls have been bred for dog fights, and unfortunately a dog that is abused, neglected, or whose instinctive aggression is encouraged, can become hostile and dangerous. Pit Bulls can adapt to apartment life with enough exercise.
