Pilot is a two-year-old, 41-pound, smart, snuggly, affectionate and sweet, male yellow lab-mix looking for a loving guardian. Pilot landed at Chicago Animal Care and Control as a skinny stray after being hit by a car. He had a fractured left hip that has since healed perfectly. You would never know he was ever injured. Pilot's first love in life is cuddling. He also rises to the occasion if you want to play a game of fetch or take a long walk. Pilot is already fully housebroken and crate-trained. He's such a good dog. He knows basic commands. Someone dumped him by our house a couple years ago. Lately he has become aggresive, mostly to little animals. We have two cats that he has never hurt. Puma (Petraits attached) is a bouncy, sweet, submissive, cuddly and playful, one-year-old, 50-pound, dark chocolate and vanilla, male, pit bull terrier/labrador retriever-mix looking for a loving guardian. Puma was found as a stray and landed at Chicago Animal Care and Control. He was taken in by Famous Fido Rescue and is now living the good life in a foster home in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. According to his foster mom, Puma is a good-hearted dog who just needs a little direction in life to be the perfect pet. Puma is housebroken, but not crate-trained as he hates to be confined. He has been living in a foster home where he has been getting some training in manners ... sitting for treats, taking treats gently, crate-training, housebreaking.
