She is house broken and crate trained, even though she doesn't like being locked in the crate (tends to chew on it, we are thinking she has separation axiety). UPDATE: Sage was adopted and quickly returned to this kill shelter because the adopters other dog did not like her. Please help save her from an uncertain fate! Please help Sage! Kelli has coaxed her with treats into the shelter and she races in gets the treat and races out. In addition to being a sweet, docile girl, she is crate trained. Spud is EXTREMELY aggressive with EVERY male dog! I believe Spud would be best placed in a home where he is an only dog. Spud will jump fences, snap cables and chew through metal fences to get to a male dog! Spud can jump a 6 foot privacy fence and can chew or break through metal fencing. I do NOT want to have to let him go, but my daughter and I can not continue to live like this. It also isn't fair to Spud because he has to spend most of his time locked in a kennel inside my house secured with pad locks to keep him from pushing the walls apart and getting out. Spud LOVES attention and affection! He also loves to go on walks, but I can rarely do this or only do this in and around my yard because of my fear of him and another male dog attacking each other and me not being able to break it up. Spud will chase cars and cats. Spud should NEVER be off a leash or cable while outdoors because of the fact that he can escape and also because of his dislike and aggression towards other male dogs! I can NOT stress this enough! I will NOT let Spud go to any home that I even THINK may want him for fighting or hog hunting! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE help me find my baby a loving, forever home!
