[Read About Natural Cancer Care] Hello, and thank you proactively for your presence with this. My name is Sohail and I am a resident of Minneapolis. It's with a heavy heart that I am writing this email on behalf of myself, my partner Micah, and his wonderful pit bull Dolly. We are seeking assistance with Sheltering/Rehoming Dolly due to the following situation, and are wanting any help with how to do about doing this. Micah and Dolly moved in with me on Friday, where they have been living in a small city in Alabama for the past year. Micah rescued Dolly on the first day he moved back with his family after finding her malnourished and ... (Read More)very ill by a river by his house. He took Dolly in and tended to her back to health, and later found out she was pregnant with 8 puppies :) She's a loving, sweet calm girl, and has only been around the presence of Micah's family and two of the puppies that she birthed. We thought long and hard about her moving with him to the city, and we landed brining her here because his parents were not able to tend to her. I personally have a rescue dog as well, who has lived with me for three years. Her name is Beard. Beard has been around many dogs and is a very loving and calm dog as well, so we both were very hopeful that they would be well together. We did an array of research regarding introducing new dogs to each other, and came at this with a very optimistic lens. On the first night of introductions it was very clear that Dolly was very aggressive on leash around Beard and we're not concerned about her safety. My ex has her now, and after a very long and hard reflection we're needing assistance to find Dolly a new home and not sure where to go. Micah is rightfully distraught over this, and we've tried to leverage the help of his family back in Alabama, but they're simply not able to take her back. In my apartment complex we also have neighbors who have a small dog, and we're also concerned about her safety. This is all so very hard because Dolly has been such a loving, calm, sweet dog around me as a new person in her life, and has always been that way back home. I am very very hopeful that you're able to assist in this process because we're not sure where to go from here. Is this something you can assist with? Do you know of any other resources that I can reach out to? I would love to have a conversation with you if you'd prefer to chat via phone - my cell is 920-216-3322. Thank you so very much, and really hoping to connect soon. Dolly is also now cancer free :) Best, (Less)

aisy was a stray found in St Paul, and brought to the St Paul AHS . She was actually a dog known to the AHS community outreach person. Daisy had a microchip, but sadly was not reclaimed by her family. She was living with children, no cats, and she does seem very excited by the sight of small animals, but her attention can be redirected . She is particularly easy to walk when using a Gentle Leader, and is becoming a much calmer dog than when we first got her. She's very responsive to the training sessions at Happy Tails on Monday nights and is currently successful in her day care play groups. She's going to be the love of someone's life soon, ... PIease Read Before Adopting a Pit Bull in Minnesota
Pit Bull Dogs can make good pets in Minnesota if they match your IifestyIe. The American Pit Bull Terrier is a powerful dog with an undeserved reputation for inherent viciousness. A Pit Bull that receives attention, firm training, and thorough socialization makes a wonderful family guardian that is trustworthy with children. Pit Bulls need committed, experienced owners that exude leadership. Pit Bulls excel at high level obedience with proper training. Pit Bulls have been bred for dog fights, and unfortunately a dog that is abused, neglected, or whose instinctive aggression is encouraged, can become hostile and dangerous. Pit Bulls can adapt to apartment life with enough exercise.

Some people believe that Pit Bulls are identical to what Bulldogs were in the past. Teddy Roosevelt owned Pit Bulls. A disproportionate number of Pit Bulls are put down in major American cities each year. American Pit Bull Terriers are very similar, and some argue identical, to Staffordshire Bull Terriers.
