I am a year and a half old current on vaccinations, rabies, distemper, dewormed & spayed. Owner moved from out of state and could not find place to keep her. She is very sweet good with kids and also lived with a cat. She knows her basic commands and loves to go for rides. she would do good in home with fenced yard and be inside with you when you are home. Dutchess would be a good jogging or hiking partner as boxers require exercise to keep fit and trim. Hi everyone! My name is Boszey and I'm a rescued pitbull mix in search of my forever home. I am a bit of a celebrity as I have a Facebook page with over 600 people that follow me (my page is listed under Boss, the Bronx Fire Rescue Dog). I was rescued in March from a 1 bedroom apartment fire with 13 other dogs in the Bronx, New York. My foster mom drove all the way from West Viriginia to save me after I spent 6 weeks in the shelter and was given 24 hours to get out or be put to sleep. Since then, I've been going through training and learning to be a good boy. I've also moved with my foster family to Columbia Falls, Montana. I love people but ... (Read More)can be overly playful and strong so should not be in a home with small children. I also don't really like other dogs since I had a pretty rough life before coming to live with my foster family and didn't have good exeriences with other dogs since we were always crated and never taught how to get along. Rambo is a very sweet 1 year old pit-bull. He is having problems getting along with our other dogs. He does well with older children, adults and new people. Looking for a loving home with no other dogs and a fenced yard. He is house trained and walks on a leach. Also has other manners such as sit, stay, and go to bed. Doser is an awesome dog that is very loving to everyone but is a little nervous and timid around small children. He is 5 years old and weighs 63lbs. He is white and brown and has a great personality. He has some dog food allergies and has to be on no wheat/soy dog food which is available at pet stores. We love this dog so much and am very sad to have to give him up. The only reason we have to is because we have a three year old and he is making us nervous around him and has tried to bite him twice. Pit Bull Dogs can make good pets in Montana if they match your IifestyIe. The American Pit Bull Terrier is a powerful dog with an undeserved reputation for inherent viciousness. A Pit Bull that receives attention, firm training, and thorough socialization makes a wonderful family guardian that is trustworthy with children. Pit Bulls need committed, experienced owners that exude leadership. Pit Bulls excel at high level obedience with proper training. Pit Bulls have been bred for dog fights, and unfortunately a dog that is abused, neglected, or whose instinctive aggression is encouraged, can become hostile and dangerous. Pit Bulls can adapt to apartment life with enough exercise.
