Luna is a loveable girl, sweet, and loves to snuggle with you on the couch. But not so good with other dogs. She would do best in a one dog household with adults only. I have had her since she was 8 weeks old, a rescue from Virgina. She has grown up with my 2 teenage boys and has been fine. She has also been to her first set of obedience training classes and did very well. Recently she has been showing some dominant/aggressive behaviors with my other dog, this is why I feel she would do best in a one dog household. mufassa is a large male pitbull. he is the sweetest dog ever. He does have a bad habit of jumping up he will stay down with adults but jumps on kids. Due to an unplanned pregnancy his jumping has made it so he cant be around our 20 month old baby. I have held on to him as long as I can he truly deserves a better life. A great, affectionate, gentle and playful companion. Belongs to my daughter who moved back home with my grandaughter and Zues. My son is allergic to him and so are some other relatives so we can't keep him. Mostly white with light black spots, one brown ear and one white spotted ear. He is beautiful and has a great smile. Tyson is a good dog who needs an understanding and compassionate owner. We saved him from a horrible living situation about 5 years ago, he had been abused and had been neglected. He has come a long way these last five years but still has a fear of Tall men and men with hats. Its not all tall men, just some, its very strange. He had always been really good with our son and we had not had any qualms about him and our son spending time together until he snarled recently and now the trust is gone. He loves hiking and swimming and spending time watching a movie or a nap. Like is said he does get scared with tall men and has be getting scared around our son now that he is up and about, but he has NEVER bitten anyone, even if he gets defensive. If we cant find a foster home or a home for him we will have to euthanize him because NONE of the shelters in the area will take him because of his 'tall male' aggression. WILL BE PUT TO SLEEP IF NOT RESCUED. She is an amazing dog. she has been working with trainers and they will tell you the same thing. she is very smart. I was her owner. My fiance and I had to move on short notice, I thought I found her home until during the chaos of moving, the mail man came into our house and she bit him. she is now in the custody of animal control and I cant not find a good home that they feel comfortable releasing her too. Coco is a sweet girl that loves to cuddle. She is high energy and loves to play. She would do best with an active person or family. She may not be good with small children because she still tends to jump up when excited. Coco loves her toys especially ropes and nylabones. She walks great with her gentle harness which will come with her. She has been good with all dogs she has met but still lacks some manners.(she doesn't understand that all dogs do not want to play)She is house and crate trained. Kaos is a sweet, lovable dog. He is good with people and great with kids. He is 5 years old and pretty layed back for his age. He is content just laying next to you and cuddling up close. The only issue with kaos is he is highly animal aggressive and strong. He is house broken and trained on basic commands like sit,stay and, lay down. he is also crate trained. I rescued Tank from an abusive/neglectful home. The home my family & i live in is owned by my fiance so ultimately he calls the shots and wont let him stay. Tank is an amazing animal and it breaks my heart to see him go. he has been staying at a local kennel for the past 2 weeks while i've been trying to place him but ive been unsuccesful and cant afford to keep him there any longe. Pit Bull Dogs can make good pets in New Hampshire if they match your IifestyIe. The American Pit Bull Terrier is a powerful dog with an undeserved reputation for inherent viciousness. A Pit Bull that receives attention, firm training, and thorough socialization makes a wonderful family guardian that is trustworthy with children. Pit Bulls need committed, experienced owners that exude leadership. Pit Bulls excel at high level obedience with proper training. Pit Bulls have been bred for dog fights, and unfortunately a dog that is abused, neglected, or whose instinctive aggression is encouraged, can become hostile and dangerous. Pit Bulls can adapt to apartment life with enough exercise.
